HRH Princess Benedikte presents Denmark as a partner country
HRH Princess Benedikte took part today in a presentation of Denmark as an official partner country at the tradition-rich equestrian event CHIO Aachen 2013 at the Danish embassy in Berlin.
World Equestrian Festival, CHIO Aachen 2013, which is among the world’s biggest international equestrian events, takes place from 21-30 June in the German city Aachen, where more than 350,000 spectators are expected and where German as well as international companies will be represented.
Denmark is assigned the role of an official country partner at the event, which among other things means that Denmark is the main theme at the opening ceremony.
In addition, a 500 square metre exhibition and activity area, "The Danish Village", is being established as part of the campaign “EXPERIENCE DENMARK”. There, Danish businesses will participate, and the area will include a Danish vacation house, where visitors can experience Danish design, sustainable building and warming solutions, Danish food, and more
Princess Benedikte will visit CHIO Aachen 2013 in June.
