Official Visit to the USA
Their Royal Highnesses the Crown Prince and the Crown Princess will pay an official visit to the USA from October 20 – 25 on the occasion of a business promotion and marking of the 100-year for American Scandinavian Foundation in the USA.
The Crown Prince Couple will head the promotional business project “Creative and Healthy for Life” in New York and Boston. The business promotion will focus on Denmark’s leading position within digital healthcare solutions and create attention about Danish creativity within design and fashion. The Crown Prince Couple will participate in several activities with focus on health, active lifestyles and sustainability within architecture and gastronomy.
As a part of the business promotion, the Crown Prince opens “Connected Health Symposium” in Boston. Leading Danish health companies will participate together with 1200 decision-makers within the health area.
During the visit in New York the Crown Prince Couple is, together with the Heads of States from Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland, guests of honor at a gala dinner on the occasion of the 100-year for American Scandinavian Foundation. The Crown Prince Couple will visit the National September 11 Memorial with the Nordic Heads of States to mark the 10-year after the attack on World Trade Center.
