World Economic Forum Annual Meeting

HRH The Crown Princess arrived yesterday at Davos Klosters in Switzerland, where the YGL Private Programme and the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting are being held until 24 January.

Every year, the World Economic Forum holds meetings in Davos, Switzerland, where leaders from around the globe discuss the challenges facing the world, such as social challenges, diversity, tolerance and inclusion.  

The Crown Princess is taking part in the meetings in Davos in her role as a Young Global Leader.

In light of the her work within the area of social issues, including the establishment of The Mary Foundation, the Crown Princess in March 2012 entered into The Forum of Young Global Leaders, which is administered by the World Economic Forum. 

“Resilient Dynamism” is the theme for this year’s World Economic Forum Annual Meeting, where the purpose is to share insights and solutions.
