As the patron of Global Fashion Agenda, The Crown Princess participates in the launch of the organization’s CEO Agenda 2019, which focuses on fighting against climate change. The launch takes place during the World Economic Forum’s annual summit.

CEO Agenda 2019 was developed in cooperation with the fashion companies ASOS, BESTSELLER, H&M group, Kering, Li & Fung, Nike, PVH Corp., Sustainable Apparel Coalition and Target and is updated to reflect global developments within the industry with particular focus on climate change as a new core priority. The launch in Davos gathers CEOs from the fashion industry and related industries and has the objective of discussing how fashion can become more sustainable.

In connection with the launch, The Crown Princess says,
“The CEO Agenda 2019 is the fashion industry’s contribution in Davos to shaping the global sustainability agenda. As one of the most resource intensive industries, it is vital that the industry transforms the way fashion is produced, marketed and consumed. I’m proud to be patron of an organization that calls for industry collaboration, insisting that the only future for the fashion industry is a sustainable one.”
