Her Majesty The Queen has appointed Henriette Obel as a new lady-in-waiting. Henriette Obel holds a MA in International Business Communication from Copenhagen Business School and was formerly an investment banker, administrator for Haxholm Landbrug, chairman of the board for Power-Flex ApS and member of Advisory Committee Mermaid. Henriette Obel begins on 1 July 2020.

At her own request, Lady-in-Waiting Ane Vibeke Foss, Commander of the Order of Dannebrog, will step down from her service as a lady-in-waiting at the end of June 2020. The Queen has expressed her appreciation to the lady-in-waiting for her excellent service.
