Prince Vincent’s monogram consists of the Prince’s initial, “V”. It is composed of a solid, classic left section combined with a playful, forward-looking double stroke to the right. As with other royal monograms, Christian the 5th’s royal crown is placed over the initial. 

The monogram was created by graphic designer Charlotte Søeborg Ohlsen with specialized assistance from graphic designer Mads Quistgaard and graphic designer Cecilie Kirkeskov Knudsen. 

Royal monograms
There is a long tradition of royal monograms in Denmark. The monogram is a mark of identity which can have both a functional and a decorative use. The monarch’s monogram is official while monograms for the other members of the Royal House are private in character.
