Across the country, Danes at the present time are marking the upcoming succession of the throne on Sunday, 14 January 2024. In connection with the throne succession, The Royal House of Denmark is making the royal crown and a number of official portraits available for use by media, municipalities, organisations, associations, companies, shops and others that, in one way or another, desire to participate in the celebration. 

Therefore, during the period of 8 January until 21 January 2024, all who want to take part in the celebration can download and use official portraits of HM The Queen, HRH The Crown Prince, the Crown Prince Couple and HRH Prince Christian, respectively, as well as the royal crown for temporary celebratory events that take place in connection with the succession of the throne. 

The royal crown may only be applied to products that are sold during this limited time period and used in connection with the decoration of shop fronts, activities, clothing, etc.
