The Royal Danish House’s annual report for 2019

Today, the annual report for the Royal Danish House’s activities in 2019 is published. The year was a very active and eventual one in the Danish royal house, both in Denmark and abroad. Her Majesty The Queen and the royal family participated in more than 580 individual official program items in 2019. They included an outward-bound state visit, councils of state, audiences, business and cultural promotional campaigns, openings of exhibitions and other types of events, meetings with interest groups, anniversaries as well as grant and award presentations.

The English version of the Royal Danish House’s annual report 2019 consists of the Lord Chamberlain’s introduction and extracts from the annual report. The financial section shows that, in 2019, the accounts for the Civil List registered a surplus of approximately 1.9 million DKK. The result reflects that the Royal Danish House has worked in recent years to adapt the organization.
