On 14 January 2022, the Royal Family gathered for a private dinner to mark that it was on this evening 50 years ago that HM The Queen succeeded her father on the Danish throne. Before the dinner, which The Crown Prince Couple hosted and which took place in the Banquet Hall of Christian VII’s Palace at Amalienborg, an official photograph of the royal family was taken in the palace’s green salon.
