H.K.H. Kronprinsessen deltog mandag den 2. september 2019 i CBS Responsibility Day i K.B. Hallen på Frederiksberg. CBS Responsibility Day markerer den første dag for universitetets nye studerende. Derudover er dagen en temadag om ansvarlighed og ansvarlighedskonceptet i forbindelse med forretning. Ved ankomsten blev Kronprinsessen modtaget af rektor for CBS Nikolaj Malchow-Møller.

Under arrangementet holdt Kronprinsessen en tale for de nye bachelorstuderende. Omdrejningspunktet for talen var ansvarlighed og virksomheders fokus på FN's 17 Verdensmål for bæredygtig udvikling, og i talen sagde Hendes Kongelige Højhed blandt andet følgende: “I believe that in the future it will become increasingly difficult to find a company that doesn’t incorporate the SDG’s as part of their strategic planning and core business.  It is a company’s responsibility to act consciously and minimize its negative footprint.” "I am sure that during your studies you will begin to sense the expectations on you to become not only responsible and reflective citizens but, also responsible employees that reflect on how their employer can contribute to solving the world’s challenges.” Læs hele Kronprinsessens tale.
